Premier Property Group was already established in Oregon and merging was a logical next step to provide excellent agent support, especially for dual agents. How to Reset Your Desk Fee when YOU WANT. I once worked at a company that changed your split every 3 months. So an agent could work hard and get a higher split, only to find that the last month or two spent working on closing those transactions was time not split prospecting, therefore resulting in a lower split every other quarter.
The best value at Premiere Property Group is to be able to pay the $7,000. desk fee and have a year work hard and set aside for next year.
However, if you are a new agent or just coming out of a much higher desk fee that left you no disposable income, you can use our “Reset” feature. Choose a percentage desk fee plan with a cap and as long as it is current, once you find you have saved $7,000., you can prepay for your next 12 months and reset your desk fee anniversary date from that date forward.
Some companies would force you to continue on your old split until your contract year ends.

We moved to Premiere Property Group in June of 2012 and haven’t looked back since. While our home office is at the Sunnyside Branch, we regularly use the Broadway Branch and Meadows Rd Branch to meet our clients as well. It’s a seamless process, as all wi-fi and printing are uniform throughout the branches.
