A Strong Market Force
As the previous owner of Capstone Real Estate and now owner of Premiere Property Group, LLC, the original idea of merging my company with PPG was thought provoking.
.After much thought and discovery the decision to merge became clear.
Our companies shared common values and high expectations not only for ourselves but for our agents!
We are able to work together and bring our individual unique ideas to the table so that we can provide our agents with many helpful classes coupled with the latest technology!
We value, listen and respect our agents and their families !
Premier Property Group was already established in Oregon and merging was a logical next step to provide excellent agent support, especially for dual agents. The Oregon and Washington real estate communities we serve are boarder communities. The benefit to both our company and our agents serving these communities is huge.
Through cohesive marketing, access to several offices and support from administrative teams on both sides of the river we have created a strong market force that better serves our agents and the clients they represent.

Making A Living But Not 24 7
I took too long to decide to move to PPG [Premiere Property Group], I was maintaining the status quo and having moved once before, early in my real estate career, I knew it would take time to make the change. I never was unhappy with my former brokerage. For me it was about making a living but not doing real estate 24/7. I like my job a lot, but…I like my family better. After talking with Kelly and Julie at PPG, I finally was at a place that was right for me and I made the move in Sept 2012.
Immediately I plugged into the systems already “tested” at PPG and went to work. I left behind my old ideas and ways and decided to embrace PPG and all the wonderful tools available. I used the available buyer and listing presentations, I used the 800# system, free flyers, preferred lender and so on. Well I’ll tell you what, it works! Not to mention the excellent transaction coordinating that is a blessing for a single agent, free DocuSign, an easy Paperless system and more. Even though I opted to utilize a higher ‘cap’ option, I am already earning 16% more on each transaction. My first 2 closings alone add another $2,500 to my bank account.
Don’t wait like I did, the time is NOW.

The Intangibles
When a company goes from an agent count in the 30’s to one in the 150’s in just one year, you need to ask why?
What are the intangibles?
What do agents see that attracts them?
Could it be the desk fee structure that is agent centric?
Is it the quality of agents who are so excited they start mastermind groups and help each other lower overhead and increase production?
Or maybe it is the leadership that sets the tone of agent (and client) first, who provide an environment of growth, standardized equipment that you can drop in and use the same equipment (and settings), education, and a synergy and energy that is catching!
Whether you are a new licensee, a team member, a married team, an agent who is burned out trying to keep up with your current, unrealistic desk fee, or an agent wanting to have a change in your career and a move worth making, consider Premiere Property Group!
Low Desk Fee – High Energy Office
I originally chose Premiere Property Group because of the low fees, but I now see how great everything else is that they have to offer. A wealth of on-line tools, the availability of multiple offices that are all uniform for wi-fi and printing and help whenever you need it. It’s high energy and a positive atmosphere and I’m so happy that I made the move!

Married Agents Save on Desk Fee
We moved to Premiere Property Group in June of 2012 and haven’t looked back since. While our home office is at the Sunnyside Branch, we regularly use the Broadway Branch and Meadows Rd Branch to meet our clients as well. It’s a seamless process, as all wi-fi and printing are uniform throughout the branches. In addition, the managing broker’s are great and we’ve lowered our overhead (6k for a husband and wife team annually) significantly by making the move!

Make a Move to Premiere Property Group and Reduce Your Stress
Everyone is different, but for me, I was feeling burnt out and the stress of a high desk fee seemed like I was wearing a 90 pound backpack trying to climb up the hill of success.
After joining Premiere Property Group I found the atmosphere was one of positive activity and optimism.
Some companies are adding fees to generate additional revenue to meet the high overhead they have. Agents come to work and wonder who has left their company this week.
Now I come to work with more energy and it seems like every couple of days the buzz is about who has joined the company, not who has left.
This company is as rich in education and mutual encouragement as it is in agent compensation.
There are a number of mastermind groups depending on your interest as an agent; internet marketing, 55 plus, Brian Buffini and other accountability groups that help increase customer satisfaction and an agents income.
With a large number of agents joining from various other companies, there is a rich diversity of backgrounds and synergy in problem solving approaches.
Whether you have had your license just a couple of years or are new to the business, there are people here who are accomplishing the type of goals you will want to set.
